Several years ago Lenswork profiled a photographer who was doing night landscape photographs. He (?) would take an exposure for the landscape and another where the stars were tracked so they would appear stationary, then combine the two in Photoshop and print them. The result had an extraordinary rendition of the landscape and luminous night sky sans star trails.

Anyone remember who the photographer was or have that particular Lenswork issue to check the name? Thanks.

Joe
