Hi All,

I found a bunch of spam coming from a single ip address and about 6 accounts, this has now been blocked. The spammers were also trying to be covert and use private messaging. I have setup the system so new members need 10 posts under their belt before they can send a PM. This will stop spam PM much faster since they'll be forced to spam in the forums instead.

Why can't I delete those PM's from my inbox?

For some reason we have relentless spammers hitting this site. I am going to look for some better tools and solutions.

Just added a tool from "stopforumspam.com" that will check all registrations to a known forum spammer database. It checks against more than 100,000 ip addresses, usernames and email addresses. Some forum admins have had good success with it. Fingers crossed.
