    view /digi SLR

    I hope this is the correct area to post this .
    Thanks to the generosity of Bill Theis I own a Galvin 2 X 3 .
    So I was bored today and figure why not I cut some lens boards and then It hit me !! why can't I make my own digi SLR / view camera and so 3 hour latter ,some pvc ,epoxy and a lens inverter I came up with this

    Let's see, looks like that rear standard slides, so you can stitch.... but with the sensor so far inside the body, I guess you are limited to rather long lenses.

    Fun though.

    What is that, a D200?

    not really i am a little handy so making a something to accommodated wider lenses is possible

    Some of the pictures and hands in the article are mine, we did 2 cameras together. Frankly, I've found tilt/shift lenses a better option for DSLR work, but John (the article author) uses the view camera setup regularly.
