As an ardent subscriber/supporter of APUG I am wondering how you will support this Form? Do you need subscribers here or are the sponsors going to support the costs?

i am sure sean will speak up, but i posted something under a different thread suggesting that folks donate between 5-10 dollars to help defray the start up cost.

sean has indicated that he would like to keep his site free, but we all know these things aren't cheap to start up and maintain.

At this time, i don't think the donate function is working, but i did talk to sean about this and said i would be suggesting those of us who felt so inclined could make a donation.

Currently Bob Carnie and the folks at elevator, John at J and C, Simon and Co. at Ilford/Harman Technologies and the fine folks at Calumet have thrown their support behind Sean.

We'll have a donate link available soon for those who are interested. Currently hybridphoto is sharing the apug server and we've gotten some great backing on server costs from the companies mentioned above by John. As far as startup costs, time invested, etc we should be able to get an ad supported model going to cover this. Thanks!

If this 'spin-off' from our beloved APUG analog site is a drain, I feel that a request for donations, or a seperate membership fee, would be favorably responded to.
