Which colors for Pt/Pd with Epson R2400 ?
I would like to use my Epson R2400 to make digital internegatives.
I have read that the standard black inks, used alone, are poorly suited to the task, and that some people add color to get better UV rendering.
What color, please ?
Thanks !!

Well, Michael Koch-Schutte (sorry Michael if I messed up your name) has several threads going about selecting a masking color for the digital negative. There is a method to the madness and he has a pretty good (and simple) method to select the color.
The Color selected does vary depending on your process and tests.
With the Epson R2400, I have used the photo black ink as the black component of my digital negatives.

I don't see any threads in this particular forum by someone with a name that resembles the one mentioned.
Could someone refer me to them ?
Many thanks !

Ken,
Look in digital negatives forum. There is a current thread on the topic. Also look at the inkjetnegatives.com site. There are links in the thread. That should get you going.
