Looking for a list of Labs doing B&W, E6 Etc...

I'm collecting names and information of film labs tha still do E-6, C-41 and Black and White processing. I want to make a list and share this with all.
Do you have a lab you use?

Well, I think you are collecting data for the US:

On this page you can select another country if you want to. As a Kodak exec told me you can't find all the labs with this tool, because it is a volunteer service, that means if the labs don't register with Kodak they won't appear on the list.

I've contacted Fuji/Fujifilm but they never sent a reply. I thought they must know where the labs are located because they deliver the chemicals for the labs... Only Kodak offered an excellent reply and was very nice on the phone.
