    Face Book Hybrid network

    Hybrid Photo Face book Network:
    http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4813388001&ref=mf
For those who are Facebook users and would like an extra venue to express thier Hybridness or to spread the good news of hybrid photo.

You can post images, messages, video's as well as (and possibly most importantly) use it to reach out to other photographers.

Ann it is something built along the idea of 6 degrees of seperation and somewhat similar to Myspace. On face book, you create a profile and in doing so face book tries to connect you to freinds and people you know. Once on face book you can network with people of similar interests or geography. I'm using it to cast a wider net for Hybrid and to stay in contact with my homies back in detroit.

    Hi JD,

I signed up yesterday but still have not received the email with the account confirmation link. Maybe I'm just too impatient but maybe something technical in the registration process...?

    Cheers

Sometimes your e-mail host will be blocked from receiving mail for whatever reason. I think my registration at facebook was very quick. Try a different e-mail or send them a tech support note...

As already mentioned, sometimes junk mail filters will catch it. If your mail program has a junk folder check if it ended up there, then mark it as a legit email.

Thanks for the hints! In the meantime I re-registered with a different email address and it worked in seconds.
