I've come here via APUG - have been meaning to look at the site since it was up and running, new year new start, so am now doing some of the stuff I never got around to do!...

I am committed to the traditional ways as those from APUG will know and have my own darkroom. I am also interested in making use of what digital can offer, to enhance traditional photography.

At the moment my digital activity is limited to preparing images for the web, and trying to present my analogue work in the best way I can. I have resisted this necessity for quite a while but have been actively trying to improve my techniques over the past year or so. I also 'restore' old photographs digitally. I've had limited experience of producing cyanotypes but only through enlarging film in the darkroom, and would like to find out more about the uses of digital in alternative printing.

I've had a brief look at the site and it looks good. Will be exploring more now, hope to talk more with you all soon!
