I have been a member of APUG for a while and have had reasonable access to a regular darkroom up until this past year... now a darkroom is a thing of the past (new house with no space for a darkroom) and I am beginning to work just with a hybrid technique.

I shoot film (mostly MF, but some 35mm and more and more 4x5) and scan it to make digital contact sheets and individual images. But since I am just photographing for my own enjoyment, I just catalog the scanned images and occasionally post a few when the mood strikes me.

My gallery on APUG has scans of some of my negatives, but I always felt like I was marginally "acceptable" once I knew I would no longer have a darkroom to complete the process - - maybe here I'll be more comfortable participating.

I'm certainly looking forward to it.
